About the Customise Descriptions Screen
The Customise Descriptions option allows you to alter (customise) certain descriptions which are displayed on screens throughout the system, to suit your company's requirements.
The Customise Descriptions Screen consists of various tabs, namely:
- Basic Information Tab (VIP Premier, VIP Classic and VIP Essentials Payroll),
- Supplementary Tab (VIP Premier and VIP Classic Payroll),
- Job Management Tab (VIP Premier Payroll),
- Skills Tab (VIP Premier and VIP Classic Payroll),
- Medical Aid Scheme Tab (VIP Premier Payroll), and
- Miscellaneous Screen Tab (VIP Premier, VIP Classic and VIP Essentials Payroll).
How to Access the Customise Descriptions Screen
To access the Customise Descriptions Screen from the VIP Main Menu:
- Click on Company.
- Click on Customise Descriptions.
- The Customise Descriptions Screen will be displayed.
- The Customise Descriptions Screen consists of various tabs.
- Click on the required tab.
How to Enter or Change Information on the Customise Descriptions Screen
- Double-click in the field where changes should be made.
- Enter the new information, or overwrite the existing information.
- The descriptions entered here will now be the descriptions which will appear throughout the system.
- Your system descriptions are now customised to suit your company's requirements.
